For digital transformation journeys, short and long, we are largely interested in outputs. Inputs exist in planning and doing (PDCA). Outputs are checking and acting (PDCA). When taken to market and/or handed to marketing department, outputs will have turned into solutions and could further be categorized into:

These are the production cycle's contributions to the market and to digital transformation. For a continuously learning organization, the market (clients, customers, regulators, employees...) may be continuously prompted for complaints, reviews, maintenance... in preparation for upcoming cycles.
