Networking solves most of our communication problems, as we organize and inform each other and as we find it necessary to broadcast - almost anything, with anyone; anytime and anywhere; and for any reason. These directories are created strictly for Koribisubizo as an organization and to make use of them by others for any reason including upskilling/training will require authorization from grassroots authorities (village heads and their approved helpers...) to Koribisubizo executives and staff owning them according to operational guidelines that will be availled from time to time. Partneering organizations, through their reps to Umuganda will use them (web-pages) on their company intranets at a tiny fee affordable by any organization's rep to the monthly village event: Umuganda D-day.
